In Japanese snack naming it means salad \u003cem\u003eoil\u003c\/em\u003e: crackers brushed with oil and salted. People divide over it: some call it exactly right, others too much.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRice, oil, salt and a little bonito, dried skipjack tuna, the base of most Japanese savoury flavour.
