Review policy
Every review on shintop.com.au comes from someone who bought that product from us. Here's how we handle them.
Who can leave a review
Only verified buyers. About a week after your order ships, we'll email you a link to review what you bought. Reviews left by verified buyers in the Shop app may appear here too, marked "Verified by Shop".
We publish every rating
One star or five, we publish it. We never edit what you wrote, and we never hide a review because it's negative. Each review is one customer's view, shown in their own words.
We don't pay or reward anyone for a review. If we ever offer something for leaving one, it will be the same whatever you rate, and those reviews will be labelled.
What we remove
We take a review down only if it:
- is fake, or isn't from a buyer
- is abusive, offensive or discriminatory
- includes personal details, such as a phone number, an address, an email or another person's name
- makes a health or medical claim, such as that a product treated, cured or prevented a condition — we can't publish those about food, from us or anyone else
These rules apply the same way to positive and negative reviews. We remove the whole review rather than editing it.
